Gluten-Free Brownies

Very delicious, fudgy gluten-free brownies!

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup butter melted
  • 1 1/2 TBSP olive oil
  • 3/4 cup + 3TBSP white sugar
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tsp vanilla gluten free
  • 101 grams gluten-free flour gluten-free flour blend with xanthan gum included
  • 3/4 cup cocoa powder gluten free
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Instructions

  • Whisk butter, olive oil, and all sugars together for 1 minute.
  • Add eggs and vanilla to wet mixture and whisk for 1 minute.
  • Combine flour, cocoa, and salt together and then fold into wet ingredients.
  • Preheat oven to 335F.
  • Grease 8" x 8" baking dish. Pour batter into dish.
  • Bake for about 30 minutes or until center does not jiggle.
