Gluten-Free Brownies
Very delicious, fudgy gluten-free brownies!
Ingredients
- 3/4 cup butter melted
- 1 1/2 TBSP olive oil
- 3/4 cup + 3TBSP white sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 3 tsp vanilla gluten free
- 101 grams gluten-free flour gluten-free flour blend with xanthan gum included
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder gluten free
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Whisk butter, olive oil, and all sugars together for 1 minute.
- Add eggs and vanilla to wet mixture and whisk for 1 minute.
- Combine flour, cocoa, and salt together and then fold into wet ingredients.
- Preheat oven to 335F.
- Grease 8" x 8" baking dish. Pour batter into dish.
- Bake for about 30 minutes or until center does not jiggle.
