I am a Certified Gluten-Free Practitioner and a celiac/gluten sensitivity/wheat allergy and gluten free health coach for families and individuals who struggle with protecting themselves from getting exposed to gluten or are new to living gluten free.   • Who wouldn’t love a delicious gluten free chocolate chip cookie or banana muffins? Or even simplify meal preparations? You can have these in your life and I will share ideas on how to have successful gluten free baked goods as well as have successful and simpler gluten free meals!
  • I have celiac disease and I understand how lonely it can be. I will provide support as you meander this new journey!
  • Gluten can be sneaky so I will provide some helpful tips on how to reduce the exposure thus reducing the gluten symptoms!
  • Most celiac or gluten sensitive people have some digestive issues. I will provide some information to help improve your gut health which in turn can help you feel so much better.
  • I am available to coach on other topics or issues that you or family may have. I can customize to your needs or issues.
