Gluten Free Baking Discussion Class, March 13, 2024, 6:30-8:30 pm–cancelled
This in-person class is through the ACCESS Program at Champlain Valley Union High School (CVU) in Hinesburg, VT. We discuss gluten-free basics, flours, baking, tips, and more. I also provide some gluten-free recipes for baked goods that taste great. Here is a link to the class. A $20 fee is charged at the time of registration. I donate these fees to the ACCESS Program.
