Are you adding bits of joy to your life?

When was the last time you had a massage or had thoughts about adding bits of joy to your life? Or listened to your favorite songs? Or worked on a hobby you really enjoy? Including these activities are ways to bring a bit of sunshine and self-care into your world when life is busy or challenging. Here are some ideas to add some joy and reduce some stress : reading, exercise, meditating, taking a walk, journaling, visiting a friend or family, traveling, yoga, cooking/baking, practicing gratitude, etc.
