cornmeal

(1 to 1 blend that includes xanthan gum)

white sugar

milk

Instructions
Blend all dry ingredients together in a medium bowl.
Add milk, oil, and egg.
Mix until combined.
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Grease 8 inch square baking dish.
Add batter to dish and bake for about 20 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Notes
Be sure all ingredients are gluten free, particularly cornmeal!
